Ever since I was a kid and my dad let me “help” build our backyard fence, I’ve been hooked. There’s something about building — taking a blank slate or a worn-down structure and turning it into something lasting and meaningful — that’s always lit a fire in me. That obsession never went away. It just got sharper, deeper, and more rooted in purpose.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects — from major renovations to brand new custom homes. I’ve been hands-on through every phase: design, project management, and the physical labor it takes to bring something to life with excellence. With every project, I’ve grown more convinced that homes should be built to last — with timeless design, careful attention to detail, and the kind of quality that stands up for generations.

Before launching Bartley Fine Homes here in Western Wisconsin, I spent over a decade leading innovation teams in the corporate world — navigating complex, high-stakes projects and helping people bring big ideas to life. That experience taught me how to listen well, plan carefully, communicate clearly, and solve problems creatively — skills I now bring to every client I serve.

As a family man and dad of 3, this isn’t just about passion — it’s about purpose. I believe this work is something I’ve been called by God to do.
